I am the director of operations and Clinical Health Coach. My clinic, The Health and Wellness Center, focuses on healthy weight loss, nutrition, energy medicine and exercise and diet. My clients, past and present, come from all walks of life. I have had extensive training dealing with weight, exercise, restless sleep and chronic pain issues and has helped thousands of clients with these issues. My philosophy is that people should be educated about the FACTS of their health situation. I believe the more people understand their health, and available safe and effective solutions, the better off they will be. I have a mission to motivate men and women to give their best service to their god. With this in mind, I seek out the brightest minds and the most effective methods in order to deliver the finest quality health care that is currently possible. I believe in the power of the body. By leveraging the power of the latest techniques and the most recent findings in research on nutrition and exercise we can formulate highly successful programs for our clients. Our clients are the ones that have not had results in any other arena – they are the ones with stubborn, resistant fat and poor general health. It has been said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. When I look out over the weight loss landscape I see a lot of insanity. Frustrated persons who are basically doing the same thing over and over again and each time expecting…no hoping…that somehow this time will be different.
