Responsible for selection and installation of processing equipment needed to meet production specifications and requirements. Good understanding of hardware influences on process variation. Established preventative maintenance procedures to ensure process stability. · Lean Green Belt. Completed in house Lean Green Belt certification that included statistical analysis and process mapping techniques to improve unit process efficiency. Responsible for coordinating the green belt training for all of the technical staff on site. Established “lean project register” used to drive and track site cost savings projects and process efficiency improvements. Project Manager. PMP certification awarded in Dec 2010.
