John Estok Head Strength & Conditioning Coach | Founder of Estok Performance LLC | Athletic Development Specialist With over 15 years of experience training high school and collegiate athletes, I’ve built my coaching philosophy on a core belief: athletic development has no age limit. Foundational movement patterns teach lifelong skills — empowering people to move better, feel stronger, and perform with purpose at any stage of life. As the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at William Penn Charter School, I lead year-round programs that build strength, speed, mobility, and power in student-athletes across all sports. I teach students accountability and foster confidence to help them chase their goals and dreams. Through Estok Performance LLC, I extend that same standard to adults and remote clients — helping them develop athletic qualities that support long-term health, resilience, and performance. I aim to foster an individuals inner athlete to help drive high performance and optimize health.
