About John-Ethan Baez

My interest and vison are set on the accounting and finance fronts. Finance is a field that is concerned with the allocation (investment) of assets and liabilities over space and time, often under conditions of risk or uncertainty. Finance can also be defined as the science of money management and I envision being one of its prominent scientists. Market participants in the market aim to price assets based on their risk level, fundamental value, and their expected rate of return; whether in public, corporate or personal finance. Accounting or accountancy is the measurement, processing, and communication of financial information about economic entities such as businesses and corporations. The modern field was established by the Italian mathematician Luca Pacioli in 1494. Accounting, which has been called the "language of business", measures the results of an organization's economic activities and conveys this information to a variety of users, including investors, creditors, management, and regulators. Together these make the foundation for capitalism and stability of the financial aspects of any and all businesses. My goals and endeavors are to excel in both these principles to generate the momentum necessary in any business I am involved so that I can be an integral part of moving the company into the next level of success.
