John's Career Highlights include: • Created, operationalized, and directed Xerox’s first and largest consolidated Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) with 6 PMOs, 118 staff members, and 180+ programs / projects, with a gross expenditure of $260M+. • Created, operationalized, and managed Xerox’s first Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions Program Management Office (PMO). • Saved Xerox $35M+ annually by directing its largest IT Supplier Business Transformation and Transition – a 13-week transition from 9 incumbent suppliers to a single supplier. • Directed 5 successful and seamless Xerox Merger & Acquisition (M&A) IT Integrations. • Directed GlobalFoundries’ successful implementation of SAP S/4, SAP Ariba, Icertis Contract Life Cycle Management, and Vertex Tax for Global Procurement - 2024 CEO Business Award Winner. • Directed Saviynt’s largest corporate program to migrate 140+ customers to its newest Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) Platform + Customer Success Management / Account Management for Saviynt’s 18 largest enterprise customers. • Directed FUJIFILM Holdings / Xerox / Fuji Xerox IT Integration & Merger, a >$10B corporate merger, before being cancelled by activist investor actions. • Program managed the development and installation of Lockheed Martin’s new Vessel Height Measurement System (VHMS) for the Port of Singapore. • Reduced Saviynt’s total global support ticket backlog by 33% over an 8-week sprint by directing Project Everest, a key Saviynt corporate operations initiative.
