I have a total of 22 years of experience in business working with P&L, AP/AR management, vendor relations, audits, corporate training, sales, and employee relations. I also worked 18 years in Property management, where I oversaw and worked with lease up, resident retention, delinquency control, marketing, cap ex, and various legal functions involving evictions and lien processes. Also, I often acted as a consultant to landlords and owners to maximize their properties financial potential. The various properties included storage facilities, independent retirement communities, and multi family complexes. My training role involved teaching property managers and employees about any updated laws, legal procedures, intranet upgrades, REIT requirements, and safety/HAZMAT policies and guidelines. I currently own Resell Unlimited LLC in Mobile, Alabama, which started in May 2017. We specialize in e commerce solutions for anyone doing business in e commerce, especially those focused on used, vintage, or antique resale. We offer consulting services, Brand Development, advertising, market research, sourcing, website design, product listing services, and many other services for e commerce businesses. In addition to these services, we also assist clients needing consignment or estate sale services. We currently have online stores on major marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, bonanza, Poshmark, Depop, and Mercari. While the vast majority of our customers are spread out over all 50 states as well as internationally, we do work locally along the Gulf Coast between Mobile County, Baldwin County, Pensacola, and Biloxi. In our local endeavors we utilize Facebook marketplace, VarageSale, Letgo, offer up and Nextdoor to offer our inventory and services. We are currently working on a project where we are testing several concepts for a new e commerce platform that elevates current obstacles and concerns for those who own micro resell businesses.
