I am a quality-driven servant leader and Agile enthusiast with 9+ years of experience, and passionate about coaching and leading development teams to adopt Agile Values, Principles, and Scrum Practices for incremental delivery of business value. With proven leadership skills, I have been a key contributor to multiple successful Waterfall to Agile transformations. I have extensive experience managing and directing software quality assurance, engineering, and IT teams. I have been successful at building new cross-functional teams to manage large, complex projects involving 25+ developers and engineers. I have facilitated engineering mindset shifts from manual testing first thinking to automation first - implementing test automation strategy, processes, and tools. I have also acquired immense knowledge and skills in various Agile methodologies and utilization of Scrum Framework, Kanban, Jira, Waterfall, Lean, Project Management, and Software Development Lifecycle, as well as Scaled Agile Framework to measure growth.
