Vice President for the Asset Services, a division of the Shared Services and Banking Operations organization at Morgan Stanley, where he oversees the Voluntary Corporate Actions team.Over 30 years brokerage operations experience, with a primary focus on North American Corporate Actions and specializing in election risk management. I have been at Morgan Stanley for 25 years and have performed leadership roles at organizations such as JP Morgan Chase and Salomon Smith Barney. I have extensive experience in managing all Reorganization activity for Prime Brokerage, Retail, and Managed Accounts. Other areas of experience include Stock Loan Operations, Reconciliations, Settlements, and Prime Brokerage Operations.I am an active member of the Corporate Actions Section within Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s (SIFMA) Operations and Technology Society, and have been a co-chair chair of the Reorganization Committee for over two years, as well as a holder of a Series 99 license.
