Reporting directly into our head office in Boston, I am responsible for the financial oversight of Pembroke’s Asia Pacific managed portfolio and part of the global finance leadership team. I have experience working across a range of International projects and cultures managing both in house and external teams. I have a natural ability to influence, communicate and partner at all levels of the business. I have an instinctive ability to find creative, new solutions to solve problems efficiently and effectively. I combine a strong technical understanding of accounting with a collaborative and personable approach. This allows me to deliver simple practical solutions to non finance minded individuals. I possess an expert understanding of accounting systems, controls, processes and tax structures. I have proven ability at project management, finance strategy, business transformation and efficiency initiatives. I help streamline how the finance function operates and integrates with the wider business, in a supportive way. Innovative problem solver, strategic thinker and effective decision maker with the courage to make tough decisions as well as pivot where necessary. I am a safe pair of hands that takes ownership, keeps my team accountable and gets the job done.
