About John Farina

I’m a title and escrow operations expert with 15+ years of experience building, fixing, and scaling real-world operations. My background spans hands-on production leadership and executive-level operational design. I’ve managed large, multi-state title and escrow teams, owned end-to-end workflows from opening through post-close, and built the systems, controls, and standards required to scale without chaos.I specialize in implementing title software, designing practical workflows, and translating complex operational reality into repeatable, compliant processes. I’ve led platform transitions, partnered directly with title company owners and executive teams, and helped organizations expand into new states and product lines without sacrificing quality or turnaround times.Currently, I consult with title company leadership at Qualia, leading deep operational discovery, mapping workflows, and helping teams adopt modern technology—including AI-enabled tools—to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution. My role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and people: understanding how work actually gets done and building systems that support it.
