As the Founding Principal of Ecocentrix Landscape Architecture, John brings over 30 years of expertise in transforming spaces into elegant and functional landscapes. John's journey in landscape architecture began at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture. Before starting his professional career, he embarked on an extensive overseas study program, traveling throughout China and Southeast Asia. This experience allowed him to explore the social and cultural impacts on architecture, urban planning, and the natural environment. Continuing his family's 100+ year design legacy in Los Angeles, John is a third-generation Angeleno. He has led Ecocentrix to become a premier firm specializing in hillside residential resort-style landscape design. His firm's projects focus on single-family residential resorts, creating luxurious, comfortable, and sustainable outdoor spaces. Licensed in California, John is also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs Small Businesses program and maintains an active role as an alumni ambassador. His extensive experience and international exposure have shaped a diverse portfolio, making Ecocentrix a trusted partner in the design industry.
