I joined the RTI team in September, 2003 as General Manager. During his 10 years as General Manager, I was instrumental in developing many innovative programs, including RTI’s EconoTrac program, which plots monthly operating costs, accrued water plant savings & effectively forecasts the health of the resin. I also played a pivotal role in the introduction of RTI’s patented revolutionary Restore + On-Site Resin Restoration process, an innovative way to clean anion resin, adding years of life to resin. In December, 2012, I was named Chief Operating Officer. My role as COO is to continue to strive for success and growth through his energetic and tactical demeanor. At RTI we are dedicated to assisting our industrial customer in the increasingly difficult world of industrial water treatment. We focus on areas of the water plant often overlooked, but critical to the success of the plant. RTI is an on-site resin Restoration company. We have the ability to remove organic fouling (TOC) from strong base anion resin, weak base anion resin and mixed bed resin. We can also remove metal and hardness fouling from strong acid cation resin, weak acid cation resin and mixed bed resin. The process also works on condensate polishing resin.
