Current position has included setting up and delivering multiple operational environments to produce Original content for Ori International. My responsibilities have included office build outs and set ups in multiple locations in Georgia and Tennessee, creation of security and access control protocols extending through health and safety, emergency response and digital surveillance. I have set up logistical, administerial and operational procedures as well as assisted with content research, script reading and the development of workflows for multiple central function teams including HR onboarding. In the five years prior to this position I worked with the No 1 global Christian Television Network TBN. I have worked closely with the Award winning Channel Director in producing over 1700 original content programs a year across ministry content, short format talk programs, talk shows, interview shows, music shows and youth & kids shows. Part of the production team for major UK event Big Church Day Out delivering agreed strategy, working with world stage bands and artists including artist liaison and communications as well as creating and agreeing terms with both artists and event creators. As a passionate and skilled senior production manager, I work with several major ministries, content creators, record labels and publishers as well as leading music artists and bands. I’ve worked to create compelling original content for the UK’s biggest Christian channel that broadcasts on one of the biggest broadcasting platforms in the world, Freeview. This content also broadcasts across some 300 million homes in Europe TBN Europe and in 52 countries in Africa. As the senior production manager and senior producer I determine the production size, content theme, budgets, crews and studio / gallery utilisation as well as establishing detailed production schedules, environment creation, production management policies, media and promotional campaigns to ensure end to end production and a brilliant broadcast product for market. Experienced and flexible working cross culturally and with many nationalities leading on communications, guiding, inspiring and encouraging those I come into contact with to bring excellence to the fore.
