Has comprehensive knowledge of the air trafficcontrol laws, rules, regulations and procedures governing the movement of air traffic; andextensive knowledge and experience in applying aircraft separation standards and controltechniques and the ability to apply them properly often under conditions of great stress.Experienced in acting decisively under stressful situations maintaining alertness over sustainedperiods of pressure.
