Currently, I serve as Regional Sales Manager Southwest for Viking Spas. Prior to this, I served as CEO at Catawba Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR), Master Builders Association of Pierce County, and the California Desert Association of Realtors. I also served as board services manager at the Oregon Association of Realtors. I’ve made countless significant contributions to these organizations’ success, including: • Receiving the Political Action Committee Award at the California Desert Association of Realtors for generating the highest percentage of contributions in the state of California. • Leveraging clear communications, needs assessment, and service delivery at Master Builders Association of Pierce County to bring 50% of lost members back. • Leading the Master Builders Association of Pierce County in achieving 26% growth, earning recognition and an award for enabling the largest membership growth in the United States. I’ve devoted my career thus far to driving engagement at various major organizations through relationship building and mission alignment.
