I wanted to follow his example and learn everything I could about computer programming, web design, engineering, math, graphic design, art, history, poetry, and science. I found my original passion when I took my first computer programming class, and now I strive to apply what I have learned to create efficient and lean programs and visually appealing ones. After some years as a software engineer, I found my main passions were assisting others, helping people solve problems, and finding information which caused me to switch my focus from programming to library and information studies.
