A DEFINING MOMENT THAT SHAPED MY CAREER PATH At Nestle Nutrition, where I led Demand and Supply Planning, I launched a project to normalize manufacturing planning signals into our top factories. The true impact of my work hit home years later when a plant’s line supervisor thanked me for creating job stability that did not exist previously, enabling him to reliably provide for his family. His words transformed my professional outlook, cementing the importance of strategic leadership not just for business efficiency but for its significant effect on employees' lives. This experience profoundly influences my approach to work, emphasizing the human impact of our decisions in the business world. JOY AND FULFILLMENT IN MY CHOSEN CAREER In my role, I am privileged to collaborate with leaders across various functions, including the C-Suite, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Manufacturing. What I find most invigorating and fulfilling in my work is the challenge of addressing complex issues. More significantly, it is the constructive dialogues and debates with these cross-functional teams that I value the most, as they pave the way for us to identify and implement the optimal solutions for our organization. MY LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY My leadership philosophy is deeply influenced by the insights from Bruce Schnieder’s “Energy Leadership.” I strive to embody the principles of Level 5 leadership, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to different levels as various situations demand.
