CAREER HIGHLIGHTS • As Chair of the CMBG3 PFAS practice group, the the only person in the country recognized in 2020 and 2021 as a thought leader on PFAS pollution issues by National Law Review • Invited speaker on PFAS compliance, litigation, and financial risk forecasting by private equity and hedge fund organizations, professional risk analyst groups, CPAs, insurance companies, and private corporations • Interviewed by media and published in numerous sources (including Bloomberg Law, AM Best, National Law Review, Inside EPA, Legal Newsline, and Law360) on PFAS • Over 17 years of environmental litigation and compliance experience I am a Shareholder and founding member of CMBG3 Law. I am a seasoned trial attorney with over 75 verdicts, and I serve as the Chair of the firm’s PFAS, Environmental, Risk Management & Consulting, and ESG practice groups. My thought leadership and predictive risk abilities with respect to PFAS earned me the honor of being the only person in the country that was recognized as a thought leader on PFAS pollution issues in 2020 and 2021 by the esteemed National Law Review. I am regularly interviewed by media on the subject of PFAS and other emerging chemicals of concern, and consistently publish my own thought leadership in several nationally syndicated resources, including Bloomberg Law, AM Best, and National Law Review. Private equity firms, the financial world, insurance companies, and corporations regularly seek my opinions on forward-looking environmental and chemical substances risk issues. In my environmental and toxic torts practice, I represents companies ranging in size from small mom-and-pop businesses to Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Companies seek my expertise on matters ranging from compliance planning and audits to litigation of pending cases. I also consult with M&A or investment dealmakers on future risks stemming from environmental, chemical and social risk factors. I also chair the firm’s CMBG3 Cares charitable program; I am a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the USA 500 Clubs; and I actively participate in and support the firm’s DEI initiatives. Outside of work, I am committed to supporting various charitable organizations, specifically through raising money for them through marathon and triathlon participation. Through these efforts, I have raised over for the Martin Richard Foundation and Autism Speaks.
