Learning, critiquing & coaching softball is my life’s work. With over 30 years of experience across all levels, I have had the opportunity to grow my knowledge of the game & pass that knowledge along to a wide variety of players. My passion is teaching and athlete development where my skills allow me to lead teams to successful softball seasons. The Players I have coached would tell you I care and provide the stability and supportive learning environment that helps our athletes learn and use these tools to be successful. As the Founder and Owner of Pinnacle Performance Training and Consulting, the company has built a network in the DC area and across the nation that facilitates player development and helps recruiting for players.
