I recently joined ChampionX as a Principal Chemist in the Flow Assurance group under Golabl RD & E. I provide technical support and contribute to innovation in our paraffin control chemical product line. Previously, I received my PhD from the University of Florida. My research in graduate school pioneered the adaptation of photoinduced single-electron transfer reactions to polymer systems. These innovative strategies enabled the preparation of copolymers with otherwise unobtainable comonomer compositions and also facilitated degradation of polymers with all-carbon backbones under mild conditions (ambient temperature, metal-free, visible light). Before graduate school, I worked in the 3M Corporate Research Analytical lab as a member of Pace Analytical. I also worked as an R&D Chemist in Ecolab's Corporate Technologies division.
