Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, Lean principles are at the core of my professional life. I am committed to constant advancement, understanding that progress sometimes involves setbacks. Embracing mistakes as valuable learning opportunities, I believe in the adage that a mistake is a life lesson—repeating it, however, is a missed opportunity for growth. As a creative, imaginative, logical, and analytical individual, I thrive on adapting to change and embracing new challenges. Currently, I am exploring exciting opportunities at Toppan Security, collaborating with a highly motivated and ambitious team. While my primary focus is on technical project management, I also take great satisfaction in designing and implementing systems that enhance the efficiency of my colleagues' work. My vision is to achieve a fully paperless environment, utilizing the right visual management tools and capturing essential data effectively. Recently, I reached a significant milestone by graduating with distinction from the Master of Science in Lean Enterprise program at MCAST in Malta, where I was honored to be recognized as the best in class. This accomplishment has reinforced my positive outlook on life, shaped by Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. My expertise spans a wide range of areas, including rapid skill acquisition, Lean management, Six Sigma, process engineering, Kaizen, TPM, basic SQL, VBA, Photoshop, Illustrator, industrial vision systems (COGNEX, OMRON), and industrial automation. Additionally, I am now acquiring new knowledge within the security printing and manufacturing industry. My "can-do" attitude ensures that I tackle challenges head-on, always striving for excellence and continuous improvement.
