About John Ghidiu

I am an independent management consultant, and have furnished team building, process improvement, change management and leadership development support for Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novo Nordisk and Aptalis. I retired from Bristol-Myers Squibb in Syracuse, NY after 20 years in Process Control, Telecommunications, Information Management, Human Resources and as a Continuous Improvement internal consultant at sites in the US, Europe and Asia. I hold a degree in Economics from Hartwick College and a Masters degree in Information Resource Management from Syracuse University. I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ), a certified Performance Technologist (ISPI) and a certified Professional in Learning and Performance (ATD). My core strengths include analysis, program design and implementation, team building, training, change leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, leadership development and coaching, with an ability to focus on issues at both the strategic and tactical levels. I am currently "semi-retired," and enjoy taking on part time assignments.
