About John Gilbert

I’m a commercially driven sales professional with a sharp focus on Scotland’s paper and packaging industry. As Commercial Manager at PG Paper, I work with brand owners and converters to help de-risk their supply chains — combining market insight and trusted supplier relationships across the globe. I’m passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and believe that business should always be personal. For me, it’s about building lasting partnerships, spotting opportunities, and delivering real value through collaboration. Right now, I’m working to grow my voice in the industry — sharing updates, insights and conversations that matter to Scotland’s paper and packaging sector. If you're in the trade (or just love talking all things paper and packaging), drop me a message. I’m always up for a good conversation and learning something new.
