I'm a real estate enthusiast with specialist skill in investment property management. I have nearly three decades industry experience and am highly skilled in management of rental property as well as property investing. Prior to going into my own business ventures I worked inside of Australia's largest and best known real estate franchise brands in senior level roles, developed business skills in management and leadership which I apply now in my day to day. A licensed real estate agent, auctioneer and certificate 4 qualified skills trainer for the property industry. I hold Meetup groups,host and deliver public speaking and events,network with property other property professionals, appear in media and deliver great value through ethical educational seminars and workshops whether online or in public venues. I also conduct both real estate and charity/fundraiser auctions for non for profit organisations,local schools and sporting clubs as a way to pay it forward. Current President of The Property Owners Association of NSW, a landlords focus group made up of property professionals,landlords and property investors which lobby to provide a balanced approach to property ownership,property investing, accommodation supply and provides landlord support services and legal assistance. An active member and chapter committee participant for REINSW where I volunteer my time for the purpose of mentoring new generation of agents by providing my expertise and knowledge.
