Sales, consulting, marketing and engineering roles across many businesses including power generation, aerospace, highly protected risk property insurance, marketing research (FM consumer packaged goods and retail), financial planning, university teaching, and since 2001, a focus on residential real estate in the Chicagoland area. Linking these roles is clearly and simply communicating complex ideas, serving client needs through innovative approaches, to help people and companies succeed in their goals. Coaching people in doing what they need to do - though they may not want to accept or admit it - is usually is the greatest challenge. But, it gets them where they want to be.
