As Director of Commercial Markets at Fulton Bank, I lead a premier, customer-centric team of commercial bankers that serves our business community in the Mid-Atlantic market. I am primarily responsible for the performance, strategy and delivery of our commercial banking services and products. My approach to management and leadership is empowerment of more than 200 customer-facing bankers to make strategic, thoughtful decisions and to inspire others by putting client and employee interests first. At Fulton, we provide banking advisory services with a focus on relationships and understanding our clients’ businesses. Our reputation and foothold in our market are solely dependent upon the satisfaction and success of our clients, which can only be achieved through meaningful interaction and in-depth engagement with our clients’ needs and goals. Partnering with our clients in this way has made us a premier provider of a full suite of traditional commercial banking products and services in the Mid-Atlantic region. I am passionate about leading and empowering others to reach their potential and meet production and personal goals. My leadership style employs a healthy balance of sales, risk management, and policy and product development experience within the commercial bank.
