I move companies to industry leading positions across multiple capabilities. I’ve built high performing teams and capabilities at some of the best companies in the world; Genentech, Amgen, Apple. Career highlights: • Delivered over $100M of incremental revenue • Built Inside Sales, CSO Operations, Relationship Marketing and Literature Fulfillment capabilities from scratch for two top-ten biopharmas • Developed innovative CRM and Artificial Intelligence methods to increase sales team effectiveness I often remind my teams, when people ask what you do for a living, the answer is “I save lives, I extend lives, I improve lives”. When my mom died of breast cancer at the (far too early) age of 48, I saw the good, the bad and the ugly sides of our healthcare system. At the time, I didn’t know I would have the opportunity to make significant impacts in the lives of thousands of patients with the exact same diagnosis, and across so many disease categories. I am not capable of accomplishing that myself, regardless of how many capabilities I’ve launched from scratch, or what strategies I’ve initiated, socialized and implemented. The greatest accomplishments have come from building, inspiring, and ultimately liberating large teams of highly capable, passionate sales and marketing professionals to reach their fullest potential. Sometimes it is achieved rallying the troops in large sales meetings from a stage, using humor, musical performance, or the sharing of personal connections to health-related loss and victory. Typically, it is achieved in the day to day, often one on one interactions with people for whom I care deeply, and in whose success I am deeply vested. I don’t know the names of the thousands of patients we have served, but they drive me every day to use my gifts to encourage all those around me to be their best on behalf of those we serve. I love what I do, and love seeing others find and nurture their own passions to serve those same patients.
