About John Greijmans

John Greijmans is a hands-on change and financial manager, experienced in Finance, Logistics and Information systems. He has worked in both line and project management, and he has managed complex and large programs, in various industries, with companies such as TNT, Geodis and Corporate Fashion Services. In these jobs, John has brought management information, as well as financial reporting processes and products on a higher level. He knows the dynamics of business units working in a corporate environment and has realized performance improvements on both levels. Among his achievements are: improvement of working capital management, realizing tangible cost reductions through process efficiency improvements. For Geodis, John has implemented worldwide risk management. John has a can-do mentality. He is motivated to reach results, together with the organization he works for, and he will not hesitate to do himself what he thinks is important for the achievement of objectives. He is a self-starter, always looking for opportunities and setting himself ambitious goals to achieve. Staff likes to work with John, and he always makes sure that the organization will learn from his experience. He makes sure that results achieved are sustainable, also after he has left the organization. John has a master’s in Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, he is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and has followed modules in AMBI (information and communication technology). John regularly writes weblogs on and is working on a publication on the management methods and techniques he has developed and put into practice in the various positions he has held.
