My highest value strengths are 1.) Enhancing communications and translating between different groups of stakeholders (i.e. users vs. technologists vs. management or customers vs. employees & business managers), 2.) Problem diagnosis, solution identification or innovation, and testing & implementation, 3.) Representing business users or customers in requirement specification, functionality preservation, and user acceptance testing, 4.) Creating or streamlining process flows and related documentation, and 5.) Filling skill or experience gaps on lean teams whose other members typically have specific skills, and the need falls in between the skills sets of the other team members. My versatility, flexible leadership style, communication skills, resourcefulness, and determination are the primary attributes that enable me to overcome obstacles, finish projects or problems that others did not complete, and generally get things done, in a manner that respects other stakeholders, ethical and organizational standards, and those to whom I report. I am interested in opportunities in most any industry that blend the attributes listed above, or combine the tasks and accomplishments listed below in my experience. I like entrepreneurial or smaller firms where there might be a greater need for my versatility, skills, and attitude that nurture growing organizations. While I prefer leadership and mentoring-related roles, I will also perform in positions that require high task accomplishment and offer minimal supervisory or mentoring opportunities.
