Over thirty (30) years of professional experience directing and managing the technical implementation and execution in the Department of Defense (DOD), telecommunications, commercial satellite, military based software defined radios, C4ISR, and aerospace industries with consistently increasing responsibilities in system test engineering, project management, quality engineering, reliability engineering, manufacturing engineering, data analysis and validation. Demonstrated complete engineering development lifecycle implementation that included detailed system design, development, and deployment on several ACAT 1 DoD C4ISR Programs as well as commercial communication programs. Architected and developed C4ISR solutions for major US Army ACAT 1 Programs including JTRS and FCS. Solutions included battle command fusion software implementations, sensor applications, and software defined radio integration. Lead several red team technical focus teams capturing several One Billion Dollar Programs/Projects. Developed Statement of Work (SoWs) and coordinated subcontractor teaming agreements, schedules, milestones, and implementation/execution events throughout the project lifecycle.
