About John Hale

I am an alum of the University of Notre Dame. I graduated in May 2021 summa cum laude, with majors in political science and the Italian Honors Track. In the fall of 2021, I began my studies at Notre Dame Law School in pursuit of my Juris Doctor degree. I am interested in law, political philosophy, history, ethics, and the study of languages. I value authenticity, thoroughness, and strong interpersonal relationships. My aptitudes include writing, editing, problem-solving, critical thinking, and cultivating collaborative work and social environments. I am a dedicated student who seeks to understand both the practical implications and the philosophical underpinnings of my work. This passion for learning, coupled with my drive for excellence, helped me to graduate in the top five percent of the College of Arts and Letters at the University of Notre Dame while undertaking significant leadership roles including sitting on the executive boards of three different clubs simultaneously, serving on an ad hoc student advisory committee, managing and editing my dorm's Alumni Outreach Newsletter, working as the Senior Politics Editor at an independent campus publication, participating in intramural sports, and serving in a mentorship role. My zeal for learning translates into a strong work ethic that I have applied and developed at my internships and other employment experiences. I am highly adaptable and enjoy attacking problems by finding creative solutions. I am a mission-oriented worker always seeking the good of those I serve.
