Performed daily and monthly analysis of 15 credit card receivable accounts for reach 97 locations. Responsible for identifying over and underpayments and providing that information to responsible departments for subsequent resolution. I developed and implemented use of a standardized Excel template, which provides consistently formatted information. Use of the template also enhances the visibility of cross period netting to help ensure information is accurately presented in the correct period.• Automated the import of external data into the PDI ERP system. As a result of this change, data is more efficiently recorded with fewer errors, which has resulted in the improvement of the monthly close process as well as providing greater reliability on reported data.• Acted as the day-to-day key contact with each of the 15 credit card processors. In this role, I have helped establish accounts at 6 new locations as well as providing day-to-day support for the existing 97 locations.• Additional duties include tax submissions, including Sales and Use taxes, hospitality taxes, and E911 taxes, for both North and South Carolina. Responsible for processing miscellaneous receipts. Monitor and report on monthly chargebacks.
