In late 2009, Mr. Hammill co-founded Capview Partners to provide investment services to institutional and private investors as well as existing owners, developers, and users of single tenant, net-lease retail (STNLR) real estate. Capview Partners is a real estate investment & fund management firm. The partners of Capview produce cash flow and profits by successfully acquiring, managing, and selling STNLR real estate properties. Capview is the general partner, or fund advisor, for multiple investment funds that strategically acquire STNLR properties. Capview creates investment strategies, manages capital, and handles the real estate execution activities of acquisition, management, and disposition. Capview offers accredited investors tailored investment funds designed for various risk and return and term horizon objectives. Prior to co-founding Capview, Mr. Hammill was a Managing Director of Staubach Net Lease and Staubach Capital Markets. While with Staubach, Mr. Hammill was involved in over 550 STNL transactions along with many other asset types with transaction experience totaling over $3.25 billion in value. At Staubach Mr. Hammill served in a principal investment group that acquired portfolios of STNL properties from corporations and sold the properties individually to 1031 tax exchangers. FSD partnered with private investors, sourced debt financing, structured leasebacks, and sold the properties for a profit. While with Staubach, Mr. Hammill worked with companies like CVS, Saks, Phillips Petroleum, Walgreens, 7- Eleven, Rite Aid, The Gap, American Express, Samsung, and others. Prior to joining The Staubach Company in 1997, Mr. Hammill served the Colgate-Palmolive Company in sales and marketing global business development in North America and Africa.
