City and guilds 229 pt3 advanced welding and fabrication and workshop management. Nvq engineering and manufacturing. KITA certificates for turning and milling. Inspection skills. To iso 9001 and 9002. I've programmed and set and run a variety of nc and cnc sheet metal and fabrication machinery including. shape, amada, Edwards Pearson and trumpf and bystronic. Finn power, adira and strippit. Plus a few others. Software I've used. Cambridge G coder cnc programming software on turret punching machines Radan programming on turret punching and laser cutting.(trumpf and bystronic) I have experience setting up and operating manual based sheet metal and fabrication machines, powered and non powered including. Geka, davi, amada, adira, Edwards, Bailey. Plus other machines. Cnc press brakes. Setting and operating and programming from Edwards Pearson and trumpf,and amada. Bystronic xpert Pro 100 with bysoft 7 bending software. Pattern development, marking out, cutting, rolling and forming and folding. Drilling etc Finishing of stainless Steel, polished and grained finishes. I've worked with brass and copper and aluminium. Good experience fettling to a high standard. Making jigs and fixtures. Mig welding. Tig welding. Mma welding Fine limit sheet metal. Engineering drawings. Use of hand tools and power tools. Plus further skills and qualifications with in engineering. After i finished my apprenticeship at bmm weston I had a couple of years gaining further experience and after a stint at contracts engineering for a mere 9 months where I was privileged to work with some very skilled people although I wished I'd stayed longer but I was young and ambitious, then I came to euro 21 Ltd in Sittingbourne and gained further valuable experience for 1 year I then left just before the company ceased trading and took up a position at Tag retail Ltd in Sittingbourne, where I settled down and began to bring together my skills that I had learned from my previous employment, I've continued to remain in full time employment ever since and I've continued to learn new skills I believe we can learn something new every day. I am a big believer in team work.
