Since early roots in journalism, I’ve focused on how digital platforms carry the conversations that define contemporary society—building trust and authority in civic sources of knowledge. Today I drive end-to-end, platform-scale web initiatives across public sector projects. My experience includes mapping customer journeys, defining requirements through research-driven user stories, and supporting projects to integrate APIs and site-wide components into testable solutions.
