Mr. Haupt is an Associate Vice President, Corporate Officer, and the Manager of the Newark, Delaware Survey Discipline of Pennoni Associates and as such is responsible for direct supervision and coordination for all of the surveying activities performed by that office. Mr. Haupt is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of DE and MD, with more than 45 years experience in all aspects of land and construction surveying. He has a strong background in the field and in the management and operation of major surveying assignments, providing survey services for public and private clients, including local, city, county and state clients as well as residential, commercial and industrial clients. His experience includes large tract boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, control surveys for aerial photogrammetry for site topography and GIS base maps, hydrographic surveys, high-rise construction surveying, wetlands surveys, surveys along and within waterways, route surveys for roads and utilities and surveys within industrial plant sites. He experience also includes control surveys using traditional survey methods and state of the art GPS equipment. His office also provides High Definition Laser Scanning (HDLS) services to its clients. One of his long-term projects is servicing a client with mapping needs since the 1980's, mapping all real estate holdings and transactions within the continental US, consisting of approximately 100 sites nation-wide.
