About John Hayat

Throughout my career, I have consistently transformed inefficient processes into streamlined, high performing operations. For example, I led the overhaul of a low participation field returns program, resulting in more than $200M in annualized cost avoidance. I also developed a targeted asset recovery initiative that generates an $35M annually by strategically returning critical assets to the warehouse for reuse. Additional achievements include reducing warehouse operating costs by $700K, renegotiating vendor contracts to save $1.2M annually, and improving warehouse performance through comprehensive cross training. These efforts allowed us to increase wages, stabilize workforce satisfaction, and improve attendance while netting significant cost savings to the business.I lead by example, fostering a culture of personal accountability, innovative thinking, and relentless problem solving. I encourage my team to challenge the status quo and pursue solutions without hesitation. To me, success is measured by my team’s performance, professional growth, and reputation within the organization. This approach has led to a high rate of promotions, top tier performance evaluations, and a team recognized as subject matter experts. In 2025, my warehouse team delivered outstanding results: 99.99% on time shipments, 99.7% inventory accuracy, an error rate below across more than 700K shipments, and—most importantly—zero onsite injuries.
