Through previous experience as a business mananger I am able to convey clear objectives and understanding to end users and business directors, as well designers and developers. My approach is to use a structured methodology like Zachman and TOGAF, but tailored to the needs of the project and organisation. With full software development life cycle knowledge, and through using SCRUM, RUP, SSADM, and PRINCE methodologies I reduce risk and provide coherent solution progression. I have extensive business experience across Government Agencies, Media and Airports, having provided holistic solutions focused on best blend for both business and technology.
