About John Heinrichs

Real estate isn’t about houses—it’s about people. Helping someone buy their first home, sell a place full of memories, or make a smart investment isn’t just business to me; it’s personal. I don’t do fluff or pressure tactics. My job is to give you the real, honest truth so you can make the best decision for you and your family. Since moving to the Winkler/Morden area from Germany in 2003, I’ve fallen in love with this community and all it has to offer. When I’m not helping clients navigate the real estate market, you’ll find me diving into a good non-fiction book, spending time with my wife and kids, or bringing ideas to life through 3D printing—because I’ve always believed in finding creative solutions, whether in business or in life. With a background in marketing and years of experience working with small businesses, I know how to strategize, negotiate, and get results. Buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction—it’s a major life move, and I’m here to make sure you’re confident every step of the way.
