Specializing in product development and project management at Larsen & Shaw. Technical lead at our American operations. Project commissions involve coil-fed laser cell, Pick and place robotic offload systems for stamping presses, standardizing cost models, automating/optimizing work cells. Daily operations involve model/drawing creation of production parts, workcenter routing, cost estimation, production support leader. Graduate from the Mechanical Systems Engineering program. In addition to traditional engineering classes, this program focused on the yearly capstone projects where students complete design, manufacturing, wiring, programming and assembling of the project. First year project - Pick and place robot, Second year project - Automatic work cell (simulating stamping process), Third year project - Automating extraction, cutting, translation, and palletizing of an industry partners plastic injection work cell, Fourth year project - Overboard Sea container retrieval system. In my previous employment as a 3rd Class Operating Engineer I specialized in operating and troubleshooting all utility systems associated with a fast-paced production facility. This required me to critically think under pressure and use technical expertise to ensure production goals were maintained.
