At BOQ we like to do things a little differently from other banks, so when you bank with us, you deal directly with your own personal Bank Manager - Me! And because I actually own and run the branch, I'm committed to making sure that you're 100% happy with our service. After working in banking for 17 years, in 2004 I took what felt to me to be the natural next step and purchased BOQ Frankston. Having successfully run that business for 18 years, in 2022 I entered into a business partnership with Amy Leslie, and together we are now the owner-managers of both BOQ Frankston and BOQ Moonee Ponds. At our BOQ branches we value face-to-face, one-on-one, long-lasting relationships with our customers. We specialise in home and investment lending, business, commercial and development lending, and equipment finance, and are a perfect fit for progressive, family-run business clients who appreciate a personalised service. As an experienced business owner myself, I have first-hand knowledge of the objectives my clients hope to achieve and the challenges they may need to overcome. And after 36 years in banking, there isn’t much I haven’t seen! At BOQ Frankston and BOQ Moonee Ponds, we offer well-structured finance that supports our clients’ bigger picture and long-term objectives. We have the experience to look beyond our clients’ needs and consider factors such as wealth creation, tax benefits or implications, and reducing any foreseeable limitations to future lending.
