About John Hinton

As a highly disciplined and technically skilled Data Technician with over a decade of experience in IT, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure, I bring a unique blend of military precision, hands-on field expertise, and a proactive drive for continuous growth and education. My career has taken me from managing multimillion-dollar secure systems in the U.S. Army to supporting enterprise-level data centers at Fusion Axis, where I specialize in CLI operations, hardware deployment, and information security. With certifications in Google IT Support and NIST Cybersecurity Risk Management, and an Bachelor's degree in progress from Southern New Hampshire University, I’m continually expanding my capabilities to align with my long-term goal of becoming a Systems Analyst. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between technical operations and strategic planning—leveraging my background in system support, risk management, and team leadership to optimize system performance and drive smarter decision-making. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and mission-focused, I’m eager to take the next step toward a role where I can analyze, design, and enhance IT systems at a broader scale.
