As a senior IBM professional with experience as a business leader, innovator, and problem solver, I’m proficient at evaluating opportunities, strengthening relationships, and executing compliance. In addition, I’m skilled at designing and implementing programs and solutions that take organizations and teams to new heights of performance and profitability, while building trusting relationships with teams, colleagues, and stakeholders. HIGH-INTEGRITY LEADERSHIP: I earned 10 promotions and 27 awards, including two prestigious IBM Leadership Awards, during my tenure with IBM. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Throughout my career, I have designed and directed projects that improved processes in both operations and sales.
