About John Hodges

As an executive in both large (Lockheed Martin) and small start-up companies, I have met a variety of business challenges with consistently superior results. My skills have been honed in domestic and international environments. I have extensive experience structuring and developing complex organizations, maximizing efficiency and meeting goals under budget and ahead of schedule. Additionally, I am a keen strategist with success negotiating and controlling costs. I am known for generating and managing relationships with groups representing diverse cultures. There are few who can match my change and crisis management abilities. A few examples of my capabilities include developing a $200M start-up operations plan generating huge cost savings while exceeding all customer requirements; reducing costs and staffing 20% while meeting all goals in a situation that also saved $200K. I received a BS in Psychology from the University of South Carolina. As a graduate of the USAF Air Command and Staff College, I was privileged to receive an advanced education second to none. I was also a USAF “Top Gun” Graduate and Instructor.
