I am a strategic planning and policy leader with over 25 years of experience in business, education, facilitation, and legislation. As the Principal Owner of Hoffman Strategic Advisors, I partner with clients across various industries to provide expert guidance, innovative strategies, and long-term support for their growth and success. I have a strong background in presentations, policies and procedures development, and training and development, which enable me to deliver tailored and effective solutions for diverse needs and challenges. I also serve as a State Senator of Minnesota and a Title V Reviewer for the US Government, Department of Health & Human Services, HRSA. In these roles, I contribute to the legislative process, writing and voting on laws that affect local, state, and national policies, and reviewing the performance and impact of maternal and child health programs. I have a proven record of dedicated leadership, collaborative teamwork, and effective communication, as evidenced by the multiple honors and recognitions I have received from various organizations and stakeholders. My professional passion is to leverage my unique set of skills and expertise to make a positive impact on individuals, groups, and the community at large.
