I'm an accomplished Global Training and Development Leader with over 20 years of experience providing program management in a variety of arenas. I have extensive experience in all aspects of government transformational leadership including economic needs analysis, strategic planning, KPI development and reporting, competency assessments, and organizational change management. I thrive in cross-sector, collaborative and innovative international development environments having worked in local government capacity building, institutional / organizational effectiveness, advanced leadership training, emerging economies, sustainable urban planning, higher/adult education, MEL, quality improvement assessments, employee engagement strategies / HR management, and resource mobilization. I am a diplomatic and effective interlocutor between and amongst government leaders, policymakers, ministries, UN agencies, global donors, academics, NGOs, CSOs, engineers, diverse subject matter and technical experts, large trainee groups, and expansive public/private partnerships – from HQ to the field – with expertise distilling and disseminating cultural sensitivities and operational complexities across diverse audiences.
