I've spent my entire career on enterprise SaaS platforms, mostly in Life Sciences. Whether discussing complex product requirements in a Product capacity, or leading a multi-million dollar Services implementation, I feel honest customer conversations are the only way to make customers truly successful. To accomplish this I focus less on software itself, and more on- Effective listening with complex customer requirements, yet being very comfortable with challenging customers and coaching towards best practices - Thorough cross-functional team execution each Sprint with tight timelines - Understanding that my role is not just about the next upcoming Product release or Implementation golive. I bring a complete customer experience to each release and/or project that ensures healthy long-term customer adoption. I have enjoyed leadership positions throughout my career in Product & Services, and I especially enjoy mentoring individuals who are starting out.
