About John Hsia

I joined the financial services industry as a business analyst and gained extensive professional exposure to business needs analysis & evaluation, project planning & execution, and quality assurance best practices implementation. Later, I transitioned to a QA manager role, which required me to engage in project scope planning, data analysis, resource allocation, and reporting. I enjoy the role of project coordinator and supervisor who is managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time and with high-quality deliverables. I have a clear understanding of how to build teams and orchestrate processes for successful project completion. Moreover, I support cross-functional teams throughout the entire project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, design, development, testing, and evaluation stages. My role is to unite and coordinate everyone engaged in the project to facilitate goal achievement. Yet, what I enjoy especially about my role is the ability to build teams of extraordinary professionals whose skills and abilities drive successful project completion. I engage in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members, helping them thrive in a dynamic working environment. My communication skills and the ability to interact professionally make me a great liaison between senior leadership and diverse groups of developers, product owners, and subject matter experts. My extensive background in business analysis and quality assurance facilitates my ability to control resources, budget, and risks while aligning major milestones with key business objectives. I am also experienced in working with data to prioritize solutions and eliminate roadblocks to successful project completion. I am especially proud of my creativity and innovation when it comes to business process enhancement, and I intend to transfer them to every project I am assigned to.
