About John Huebner

I received my real estate license in 1988 and tried to work part time in real estate my first year. My full time job was with the Winter Park YMCA. I was the Physical Education Director and responsible for youth sports programs as well as coordinating adult leagues. I also hired and trained and supervised staff. After realizing I couldn't do real estate part time. I quit my full time salaried job that i had for several years and went to work for Century 21 Hometown Realty which was located on magnolia ave. in Downtown Orlando. Shortly after I joined the company was purchased by Coldwell Banker. I specialized in Property Management and sold homes to investors. In I purchased a company called Real Estate Professionals located on 436 near 50 in Orlando. I have been the Broker and Owner of the company since We have been blessed and expanded the company to the point where we now have seven locations in the Central Florida area. Our name is Premium Properties Real Estate Services and we are a full service company working all aspects of the real estate business.
