Background
About John Hull
I am an inventor in the chemical process sciences, currently with 24 issued U.S. patents. My main area of expertise is process optimization of catalytic processes, with decades of experience dating to the late 1970's. I figure out how to make catalysts work better, or work at all, creating huge potential economic benefits. For spare time activities, I am a licensed ham radio operator (Thus the "KD8RUC"- it's my call sign). I also love container gardening. Some of my most recent U.S. patent grants as inventor or co-inventor from process development work at Dow and DuPont: 11,786,891, “Process for Recovering Quaternary Salt Bromination Catalyst”, October 17, 2023. 10,781,271,"Method for producing brominated and halohydrated polymers", September 22, 2020. 10,604,626, “Process for preparing polycarbamate and reaction product thereof”, March 31, 2020. 10,457,751,"Method for producing brominated and halohydrated polymers" October 29,2019. 10,343,983, “Process to produce polycarbamate, polycarbamate produced thereby and a coating composition comprising the polycarbamate”, July 9, 2019.
